The Rock Creek S ADU floor plan has 2,312 square feet of living space in an open design, made especially unique with its additional dwelling unit (ADU)! This two-story home has a covered front entrance and covered back patio, as well as a 2-car attached garage (including a tandem bay). The Rock Creek S ADU includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large laundry room/utility room, open kitchen, dining and great room.

The main unit is 1,650 square feet with 3 bedrooms arranged in a split layout, with a bathroom separating the secondary bedrooms. The master suite is wonderfully spacious and includes vaulted ceilings, a large walk-in closet and luxurious master bathroom with double sinks, tile shower and toilet set into a water closet for maximum privacy.

The Rock Creek S ADU has an open-concept kitchen and dining room, set beside a spacious vaulted great room. The great room’s focal point is its functional and gorgeous (electric) fireplace, not to mention the beautiful windows that allow for plenty of natural light.
